Our mission: we care for clean air

Jongejans Dust Collectors create clean air by extracting dust and onion skins. Our headquarters in the Netherlands works together with our worldwide dealer network to create the right solutions to achieve this, anywhere in the world. Our Dutch headquarters are located in an agricultural area, with lots of customers in our direct vicinity. This  puts the ideal 'trial garden' at our disposal, an area where we continually work on product development for new and sustainable applications. This direct contact with and feedback from our users, lets you, our customer, benefit from good products which have been fully tried and tested.

Tailor made solutions for every processing line, 'Made in Holland'

With Jongejans it is just a short step from standard solutions to tailor-made ones. At our own factory in the Netherlands any extraction system can be easily adapted to the customer's particular operation. This keeps modification costs down but still assures an individually designed system suited to the customer's particular business requirements.

Welcome to Jongejans Dust Collectors!

Agricultural dust is our roots

Jongejans Dust Collectors are total suppliers of extraction systems for dust coming from potatoes and onions. We have more than 25 years experience with hundreds of references all over Europe and the United States. Onion packaging and processing demands extraction; grading and packing of potatoes and onions causes dust and onion skins (husks) to fly around. Waste often causes problems with the packing machines. Moreover your customers demand a cleaner product. Floating dust, a threat to your staff's health, is also an aspect to be considered. So a properly working extraction system is a great advantage for several reasons. We can help you to solve any dust problem!
